Jurnal Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika (JAFOTIK), published by Lentera Ilmu Publisher, is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal committed to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and the promotion of research accessibility. JAFOTIK supports the principle that making research freely available to the public promotes knowledge sharing, encourages scientific collaboration, and advances the development of information systems, informatics engineering, and related fields.
All published articles are made immediately and freely accessible online without subscription or pay-per-view charges. Readers may access, read, download, and share published articles in accordance with the applicable copyright and licensing terms. JAFOTIK seeks to maintain transparent publishing practices and uphold recognized standards of scholarly publishing ethics, including the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA), and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME).
JAFOTIK's open-access policy is based on the following principles:
1. Immediate and Free Access
JAFOTIK provides immediate open access to all published articles. No subscription or payment is required to read, download, or access the full text of articles.
